Orders are carefully hand packed in a soft mailer and shipped via USPS from Chicago, Illinois. We ship out orders as quickly as possible, as they come in, typically once a week. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
Please allow 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 business for international orders. Any additional duties incurred at customs on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for shipping information that was entered incorrectly. If there is a mistake made, please contact us and we will work to accommodate your order; additional shipping fees may be incurred. Should there be any other problem with your order that is not easily resolved by contacting USPS, please send us a note, and we will do our best to consider the request and respond in a timely fashion.
All sales are final, and we do not accept refunds or returns on any order. Lost and/or damaged items are very rare, and we will take the utmost care to prevent this from happening; but we cannot take any liability for items once in transit if it hasn’t been insured by the buyer (this must be arranged prior to an order being placed by contacting us). If your product is damaged during shipping, please provide photographic evidence, and contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order. We will consider the inquiry and work with you from there.
